I am passionate about fitness! My goal is to bridge the gap between training in the gym and outdoor pursuits. I believe strongly in functional training and staying fit for outdoor adventure and sport.
As an outdoor enthusiast and fitness coach who loves to dissect human performance, I thrive in helping others achieve their fitness goals and realize their full potential. My goal is to make sure that every program I create is tailored towards your specific needs. Whether it involves training for a 10km trail race or shedding a few pounds I thoroughly enjoy sharing the journey.
My profession as a Firefighter is a physically demanding job that requires me to rely on all aspects of fitness; strength, power, cardiovascular endurance, and functional mobility. Therefore, it is important for me to practice what I preach and educate clients in each of these key areas.
I love travel and playing in the great outdoors. Trail running, snowboarding, and mountain biking are the catalysts that ignite my passion and motivation for keeping fit. When I am not partaking in one of those activities, you can usually find me surfing on the beaches of Oregon, Washington State, or Vancouver Island.
My goal is to inspire and empower my clients to embrace fitness as a lifestyle. I focus on High Intensity Interval Training (HITT), functional strength training, and core-based movements to help you achieve the results you are looking for.

My 4-week online training programs provide three to four comprehensive workouts each week to keep you performing at an optimal level. Programs are delivered in a PDF format with attached videos for each exercise.
Whether your focus is improving performance on the trails, building functional strength for your favourite sport, or developing core strength to prevent injury, my training programs will help you accomplish just that. After all, I believe in training for real-world pursuits.
These intermediate to advanced level programs are designed for individuals who have experience in the gym and are wanting to improve their overall performance and mountain fitness.
Equipment needed includes: exercise ball, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, step-up box, and gymnastic rings (or pull-up bar).
